So Long T.O. Owens

Well, maybe Jerry Jones is coming around. I acknowledge T.O. is a great player but this team needed to rid itself of selfish players. T.O. was all about "ME" and then team. This team needed to change this offseason and this is the biggest way to do it. This may not sure all the problems but it is a good start. Even Dale Hansen will have to give Jerry credit for making the right decision.

That is all I jave to say about that.

Wisdom from a Great Leader

As our culture faces a tough road ahead on family issues, I feel it is necessary to acknowledge a great leader. This week, James Dobson, founder of Focus on the Family stepped down as the Chairman of the Board. He will continue to host his radio program but he realizes that new leaders should be ushered in to keep the organization strong. Focus on the Family and James Dobson have made a huge impact on my life and I wanted to make sure we acknowledge his service. Too many people in this position would hold on to the leadership position as long as possible often to the detriment of the organization.

As we face challenges in our culture Focus on the Family is a organization who will stand for life and family no matter what the storm is. Check them out today at www.focusonthefamily.com

Latin Night?????

Ok, so I turn on the Mavs game tonight against the Spurs. Looking forward to a great game that has meaning I am intrigued. But after a couple of minutes I notice the teams are wearing special jersey's. It is the Los Mavs vs. the Los Spurs! What is This????

I don't know who's idea this is but this cannot be looked at as a serious way to reah out to the hispanic fan base. Personally I think it is patronizing. I did not watch the beginning or much of the game so I did not hear the rationalization but in my opinion this was a bad stunt. I see a patich that Noche Latino which I guess means Latin Night. I guess adding Los before the team name did the trick.

Ridiculous!
